    Hi,
    I need to replace a hinge for a customer, the machine is Hoover AC110. The hinge is attached to the machine body with rivets. I need some advice on removing the rivets and securing the new hinge. Should I use a small drill and drill through them replacing them with screws and spring washers (square washers?) or is there an easier way to remove them?

    Hi Furhan.

    You will need to drill the old rivets off, the new door hinge part number 97910194 comes with new rivets for refitting.
