    This machine is absolutely dead , door not even locking on any programme , except for “speedwash” which works as normal :?.

    Reckon it most likely to be a faulty timer stepper motor as customer also mentioned timer clicking round on its own or is this more likely to be a module fault. Seems strange (to me :)) why speedwash programme seems to work fine.

    Any help much appreciated.

    all faults along these lines tend to be board/timer related,but it is well worth checking all the wires connect tightly:)

    completely dead is usually module,not sure why quick wash would work.
    best bet is to send board & timer to EMW to sort out.cost £34.90+vat.
    make sure there is no leak from upper hoses onto pump.if so cure leak & cover pump.
