Our machine has started misbehaving after 2 years of faithful service and now rarely runs through a complete cycle.
The problem is intermittent – at some point during the cycle the dial will decide to wind itself around to half-way through another program and finish off that program. It happens at different points but generally means the clothes will not be rinsed properly.
Not sure if it is a related problem but there is definitely a bit of a pong from the machine. I’ve tried running bleach through it, cleaned out the filter but it still stinks.

This fault more often than not is associated with a faulty Timer Stepper Motor. Not an expensive fix and we may have a local independent in your area to sort it for you, just click on this link: Repairs@
