    customer tells me a error code H20 and sometimes FO1 flash up but its intermittent, looked on connect site this model isn’t listed, its about 2 yrs old.
    any one advise me please. Thanks John

    its made by hotpoint not hoover.
    H20 water inlet problem (tap turned off)
    F01 is a motor triac fault.

    Probably needs a board from EMW or QER
