    Hi,
    I’ve just been out to a Hoover C/Dryer with the cut out (Thermal fuse) gone in the heating element. Model HDC7. I’ve just been trying to order it and the element is different to the one the machine had. The part it is showing for this machine (40004315) has two thermostats on the top of the element. Whereas the one it had in, only had the one stat on top and the cut out inside the body of the element.
    Will this element be OK. I had a look around and I cant seem to find any other type of Hoover element bar the usual 2 stats on top version.

    Any help would be great.
