    Hi fellas,
I went out to this machine last week, the customer complained that it was stopping in the rinse cycle full of water.
I checked for any blockages from sump through filter and waste hose. Everything was clear, when I had a look at the pump the impeller was a bit loose and the general condition was poor. So I changed the pump filled it up drained it off everything ok.
Got a call from the customer again machine stopping in the rinse cycle full of water. I called out checked everything again no blockages, I have had these airlock on me after replacing a pump, but not this time.
I asked the customer to make a note of the program she selects and the length of time it runs before it stops (she is getting on a bit and it wouldn’t be the first time for the customer to start using the wrong program or something). She phoned me this morning program set at no.4 40 deg cottons, and it ran for 50 mins then stopped, the dial then clicked all the way round to position 4 and began to wash again.

    Any help most welcome.

Watch out for leaks onto the pump, also check all connectors pushed hard onto main pcb.

Just another thought, but as a quick way of eliminating blockages, pump problems etc,
why not run a 240v supply directly to the pump?
an old mains lead with a couple of spades should do the trick..
