Customer complains that whilst using ‘sensor dry’ settings, the machine fails to heat and turns off after a few seconds. Timed dry seems to work ok.
Presumably the machine is not recognising moisture in the load.
I whipped the lid off expecting to see some carbon brush arrangement (like a Miele) but couldnt see anything obvious. Being strapped for time, I didnt look any further.
* Does anyone have any technical instructions for me to look at?
* Any experience of similar faults?
Many thanks, as always.
