Hoover Condenser Dryer HDC7FM

This Dryer is apparently not drying. Everything seems ok to me. Tumbling ok, fan ok, heater ok on half and full, filter and condenser clean. I tried some damp cloths in it while I was there and they seemed to dry ok. Only thing I did notice was the fluff filter light kept coming on, although its clean. Could it be a faulty sensor and would it stop it drying properly?

Any help thanks.

Seems like the sensor in the filter compartment is just a resetting cut out, is this correct?

I think it is just a basic auto resetting t/stat and it could well need replacing (part no: 28382090)
