    Can any one tell me how to change the start capacitor on the Motor in this dryer please

    Asume that is DYC8913B-80 (31100391)
    Code-09069857 Capacitor 8 MF

    Sorry… You have to dismantle entire dryer for this job. But if you have thin hands you might be able to change it only removing front parts in order to get inside from space between drum and right side panel thru bottom right corner…

    front off, fan front cover off, fan cover disc off just flex and pull, fan off watch for the washers, fan duct off pull forward about an inch to disengage. you can then just about get to the capacitor without removing the drum, its a bit fiddly but doable.
