This dryer leaks water from underneath after several loads.
It has the plastic water container at the bottom that has the little sprung loaded connector with O rings to seal. I have replaced all the O rings on the container and the reciever part on machine and condensor is clean but customer has called back 2 weeks later and said its still leaking.
Is there anything else i should check before i go back as im not sure what else it could be. Its very hard to see anything on this machine as access is limited.
Thanks

Then that’s probably the reason and therefore hasn’t got sufficient ventilation. Is there a cold air vent behind it, on concrete floor perhaps or shut in a confined room?
I’d say as above that lack of ventilation is causing excess steam to condense in places other than the condenser. Test it in an open gap with plenty of ventilation.
I had the same problem about 12 months ago. I replaced all the O rings in the tank/valve but it still leaked. On the second visit I removed the drum and plastic chamber where the condensed steam is routed prior to draining into the tank. This plastic chamber is sealed against the rear cabinet of the dryer. I silicone sealed this chamber back into the cabinet and no more leaks! (you can also order a replacement seal from Hoover rather than using silicone).
Hope this helps.
