Hoover cooker heating element

Hi Dave, thanks for the advice on the forum back in 2005 :

I think i have a similar problem. I now possess a Hoover HDO725X double oven, and it looks like i need a new element for the lower oven. (top oven ok, fan and light working in lower oven, but no heat again).

How much and how quickly can i get one from you please? and once again, can i fit this from inside the oven, or do i need to pull it out and fit it at the rear?
