Hoover Crystaljet D/W

Not been out to this yet, customer cannot find any numbers on machine.

She only has D7416 from front of old user manual.

I cannot find any reference to this model on the Hoover web site.

I need to know if the dispenser is a complete unit or are the springs and latches available separately?

Or is it totally obsolete?
