ParticipantHi help requested, running a Hoover HED 6612-80 Dish Washer there are no error codes, and a ‘No’ drier led non illuminated at the end of any selected programme. Programme end acknowledged by ” Bleep ”. When enclosure door is opened there is steam available but washed untensils are wet as if the drying process has not been established.

Hi r600a,
thanks for your help, only got around to problem today 25/01. Just as
you advised the top paddle was not turning & full of crap, the bottom
paddle had stated to build up. Removed all internals throughly cleaned
and flow checked, re-assembled. Problem solved now machine working like
the day we purchased it. Thanks again to the forum much appreciated.

Hi r600a by removing debris ect. from the paddles it fixed my problem
as I stated above, but I cannot discover why this fix’s the problem
of the dishwasher not completing the ‘drying’ program. I have tried to
seek an answer but have failed. Would you kindly provide an answer as
why this works, I have exhausted my meagre forms of information.Thanking you in advance,

Hi r600a apologies for the continuation of this post but having ‘almost’ returned my dishwasher to a re-usable appliance following your kind advice. Communications via Hoover and your good self have failed regarding a sensible explanation of a foweld upper paddle/spray bar
preventing a stat. program from completing a wash cycle in as much as a failure to run the ‘dry program’Without access to the machine logic flow charts I cannot further my query, acceptable from a manufactures point of view. But just by answering the query I do not see how an answer would conflict the company or the forum’s intellectual property’s.
Kind regards,

Hi mike . I didn’t see your other posts but to put it simply. If the filter is not refitted correctly it allows debris to go through the pipework and eventually blocks the spray arms thus preventing the water from pushing them round.thus not allowing the water flow correctly thus causing possibility of overheating of the water thus not been able to spray hot water all over thus not causing it to dry as the hottest water causes the dishes to dry by evaporation.. If you squeeze the end of the garden hose no water is coming out plants don’t get water. Release the end and it sprays.
