Thanks Dave. Yeah I think I’ve had this before but forget the outcome. Don’t think this is heat pump but I’ve not been to it yet. Any other takers. I think pump is e21 so maybe something round there.

That rules out compressor control relay. Wondering if it’s worth calling Hoover.

i dont 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} trust hoove tech site because the way its laid out

think I would go and have a look and see if the heater is o/c or the relay is duff

with these sort of faults you dont learn unless you try

Very true Dave but I’m flat out at the mo and don’t really want a pig and a poke, so would be good if I can get the gist. I’ve emailed them let’s see if they come back to me. Didn’t realise they had been bought out by haier must be walking round with my eyes shut. Thanks for your advice.

If its error 21 and the model number is correct it will be heater which has resettable thermostat that has now been modified by new heater as the stat temperature is to low, the 3100 number you have posted doesn’t match the model number kai
