    Hi,

I’m going out to take a look at a Hoover condenser dryer tomorrow which sounds like it has the usual relay pcb problem. Only works if you keep your finger on the start button.
I’ve always just ordered a panel in advance or had one in stock but i’ve just come to order one and they’ve gone up stupidly in price. From memory they only used to be about £8/10.
I’ve heard that theres a capacitor on the pcb that fails. A 0.22uf one. I have cpc right on my doorstep and just need to work out which one I need. They all vary slightly, in voltage, size, temperature etc.

If anybody has any more info on which one I need, before I go out and take a look myself tomorrow it would really be appreciated.

    Cheers

    Nick
