    Hi All

    Prod: 31009509
    Ser: 19266014

    Can anyone tell me what error E11 means on this machine please? This is only a washer not a washer dryer and all the components test out as okay so I am suspecting a module fault.

    Also any service info would be much appreciated.

    Well that confirms my suspicion that is must be the module then as this machine doesn’t even have a dryer in it.

    Did you check the heater insulation resistance? Graham

    Yes the insulation resistance is good (for the whole machine as well as the element).
