    just a quick question can the tumble ribs be changed in this m/c I see that they are held in with two screws can these screws be accessed through the sump hose ta.

    I thought ribs are what you eat and taste not to bad lol. Yes sump off and there is a torn screw holding the paddles in place

    drum lifters and paddles I shall be smoking some ribs this weekend along with some brisket yum….. ie!
