    Good afternoon all,

Wondering if anyone can assist with an intermittent problem on the above condenser tumble dryers,’ drying time jumping from 1hour 5minutes to 09minutes after a few minutes of the cycle?

The above is an example, and I visited today and couldn’t fault the programme or operation.

My customer said whilst the dryer was under warranty, Hoover visited to rectify a fault, and “gained access to the machine’s diagnostics by waving their smart phone at the appliance!”

Anyway, there have been no error codes displayed, and I don’t wish to say the fault is in the board without justification.

    Kind regards,

    jonty

Is this happening with a full load of wet washing in it? It sounds like it thinks the washing is dry and is automatically shortnening the program.
I would be double checking airflow and that It could be a faulty sensor before I called the board.

I agree with gem sounds like the front ntcor stat not working correctly if it’s in warranty she should phone them back as they have the easy option of changing part willy nilly

    Good morning,

Received a call shortly after posting from my customer, who has established the dryer is under warranty!

    Thanks for your help.
