Hoover DYC893B-80 Alarm light flashing

Looking for service manual for this machine please. customer complaining of dryer stopping before clothes dry.
Had the thing to bits checking the thermosts, two at front, one rear under drum- all ok
checked heating element, has continuity and heats ok.
cleaned pump reservoir and flushed condensate pipe.
Alarm light flashes 2-3mins after starting cycle.

Check for a blockage in the pipes from the pump to the door and the pipes underneath also check pressure switch kai

thanks, checked all that mate. flushed that pipe through running the pump live
