    Hi,
    usual E03, E10 fault checked for blockages none.
    then of course changed heater.
    fault e03 still there changed module,
    e03 still there.
    any ideas welcome.

    As you know the error E03 relates to drain time-out. So as long as you know that that is not the case then you have a very slight earth leak somewhere.

    Firstly, have you tested for earth leaks? If your megohm reading is less that 100 then that’s your problem.

    Are you sure its not a blocked pressure pot??

    checked that thought it might be a pressure switch fault but I am going to try a pump first

    Never changed a pressure switch on a Hoover candy washer they do not fail if the customer is over dosing do pull off pressure switch pipe at the tank end I have had a few block up due to overdosing this is a bit fiddly thou worth doing before you change the pump
