motor wont rotate no error code shown motor just has a stammer any ideas DC motor in machine rectifier or core board or motor any info would help me please

had one last week were the splines on the drum pulley had stripped giving this effect untill i looked at the back of the machine

no checked pulley all ok motor stammers with no belt on

Check rectifier common to go due to overloading if the tracks are ok inspect main pcb or burn Mark’s hope this helps normally more than 1 problem with these dc machines thou.

hI Gents still need help on this has no rectifier just a core board and DC motor any tech info would help so i can go back and test the machine cheers alro

You have checked the plug connector to the motor for a wiring fault if so definitely go with module

fitted new module still motor make a loud humming noise and stammer or judders but will not rotate what am i missing to check any help please cheers alro insulation on motor tested ok and reading on winding there need to know what reading should be

Have you fitted correct module part number for programmed module 49027632 sound like a module faulty to me

……and the motor plug is definately OK is it? Double checked continuity between it and the control module?

gents motor faulty fitted new one all ok
old motor reading same as new motor but it was no good just stammered thank all for replys cheers alro -
