Hi, I called out to the DYN7164 motor was faulty.
I fitted a motor I had in the van and it worked perfectly apart from
the door doesnt unlock at the end of the program.
The lock light goes out but when I pull the handle it comes back on and doesnt release
the door . I fitted a new interlock but no joy.
I have had this with Hotpoint/indesit before but not Hoover.

Was the motor the 1 listed for this model and same make as if there was a ceset motor fitted and you put on a sole motor it will new programming plus have you check the dc rectifier for blow tracks this is due to overloading hope this helps any issues happy to help

it was the ceset motor that was on it and I did fit a sole motor.
they both had 7 wires so I assumed it would be ok. I will go back and try another motor,
