Hoover dyn8114 error codes

Evening, i haven’t been out to this yet but the customer says that it flashes 18 times, i’m not sure if 10 flashes equal 0 ie; error code 08 instead of 18.
Would anyone have the error codes for this model.

Im sure this machine has the same codes as the Nextra range.
I very much doubt 10 flashes = 0. The codes start with 1 flash. There would be no reason to use 0 as an error.

Thanks, i’m a bit rusty with white goods, it’s been a year or so since i worked on one.
I’ll check out the nextra codes.
