    Customer call to day saying that this machine does a 30 and 40 wash but no washes over 60 comes up code e16 can anyone help as this code is heater but how does it do a 40 wash. Les

    Meggar the appliance as this is dissipation from the heater anything low insulation on hoover machines the modules do weird things.

    You think it is still the heater even when it does a 40 wash no problems ?
