we have a hvr dyn 81440the programme works o/k except the drain does not run we have had the board sent to emw but the fault still appears have cecked pump andit runs checked wiring toboard andfound bno votageat terminal block any suggetions where we can check for voltage in the circit on the board

It’s a fairly simple task to follow the lead up to the main board. As a rule the pump terminals are on the J2 or J3 block. Also check that the pump triac on the board hasn’t popped as a pump drawing too much current will surely blow that triac in the blink of an eye. 😉
The model number you gave doesn’t compute by the way. Check again or better still give us the 8 digit product code (e.g. 3???????) for further info. 😀

yeh thanks i have as i said traced the connections to the board and its there we cannot get voltage so we know the wiring and pump is o/k and runs but its somewhere on the area on the board around the connector block as we get voltage on some solder connections but not knowing electronics to well and emw have repaired the board and says it was o/k seems like a send back situation more time waiting
