    I went out to this one late on friday, It was showing E14, checked NTC it was ok, replaced the heater although it metered ok.
    customer phoned back to say it was still showing E14, any help welcomed.

    I’d still stick in a new NTC all the same. Oh and inspect the coreboard for triac damage.

    changed NTC still the same it mist be pcb

    Hi what was the element you fitted if its not HVR41042459 you could still have problems and if you meged the heater and it wasn’t infinitely change it

    i always use pattern elements customer says it works ok on quick wash.

    I had a candy w/d where the dryer was coming on no matter what programme you selected you would think pcb related no it was the wash heater if you have put a long heater in if so I would change it for the smaller part number I listed the heaters on Hoover candy machine cause a lot of problems with the programming on the pcb for some reason I hope this helps kai

    thanks, the heater i fitted was the same length but I might try a genuine part
