I have a Hoover washing machine that has developed a problem. Last night it appeared to be doing it’s final spin for longer than normal so when I looked I could smell a faint burning.

So i turned it off at the wall and emptied the washer. Tonight I reloaded the machine and it washed on a normal cycle until the final spin again where it tripped the circuit breaker on the fuse board.

I flipped the breaker and the machine continued to spin again and when it started to get upto speed it tripped the breaker again but no smell or strange noises….

Any idea’s as it’s just out of warranty 😀

Sounds motor related but that’s as much as I can tell you without you looking inside.
