    Hoover DYN9124 washer. Hopefully that’ll do………. :innocent:

Get an F08 towards the end of the cycle… F08 = motor tacho fault; taken the motor out – meggered OK and heater OK as well. Took the brushes out; loads of wear left and small amount of carbonisation – not much at all. Cleaned and refitted.
Been OK for a few days then F08 again. Fault code says motor tacho or module; tried the motor last time: so am I missing something or can the module F08?

    Cheers,

    Steve.

Tried the heater Wilf, but seemed fine with no earth fault at all. But that was cold…..
I’m going back tomorrow so will heat it up and megger it then. Then it’s motor then the PCB I suppose….. F08 is supposed to be motor / tacho related.

    Cheers for the reply,

    Steve.
