My wife started a wash cycle and it stopped half way through, the door could open and the cloths were still wet, the cloths were soaked in warm water but there was no water in ther machine as it had drained out or most of it did.
I opened the filter and emptied the items found in it but lots of water came out when I opened the filter, probably around two basins worth.
water should be getting to the machine as the dishwasher adjacent to it recieves water supply.
door mechanism seems to be closing correct and seal looks correct.
The error code only appeared once and has not appeared since. The display looks correct but the locked symbol keeps flashing on and off and the cycle counts down but no water enters the machine to start.
any ideas?

Motor fault,either the tacho on the motor is faulty or it could be just simply the brushes,if it’s the tacho the motor will need replacing.
