    Hi,

    Question I have a new Hoover Dynamic Condenser dryer DYC 893B and it makes a banging / knocking noise as the drum turns.

    It’s quite loud and the instructions advise it may make a noise at first or after not being used for a while.

    How long should it take to stop this ? I am on my second load at it’s still going.

    Have the feet been levelled fully and locked in position?

    Yes checked this and all level.

    I would suggest you switch it off and contact the Hoover Sercvice Centre.
