you can replace the triac on the board

but beware i have also had the fault on other machines when the motor has an earth fault

Dave One presumes with an exceptionally steady hand and professional soldering equip, would it then req coding? To my machine and I’m presuming it’s a small electrical bit of kit, so where could I source it?
    cheers

sourcing it should be easy but first try testing with a meter

    as a first up

remove motor, remove carbon brushes and dust off all carbon dust and replace

    then try it

Dave I will attempt to do without removing a painfully large {e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} of knuckle skin and report back

So, before i did what i did today , i had a error code, but not much else , so i did what Dave suggested reassembled plugged and POP it tripped the trip switch, popped back up, now lcd display nothing and whichever setting its on , it seems to be filling and draining at the same time, not a happy bunny, anyhow removed the pcb and there does seem to be an area which looks cindered/burnt , but i could be imagining it , can you post pics on here?, i have to ad when i first reassembled with no water connected, it just hummed but zero lcd display, after some cussing , and connected to water it popped and is on permanent fill and drain your move Dave lol
