Hoover Dynamic Next problem

I asked this question a couple of years ago but I cant find the response. Occasionally the machine stops with 9 min left and sometimes shows error o3 which would suggest a blockage but I have checked all pipes and pump and all are clear. I have had the pump on the bench and it tests ok.I have also changed the heater element as someone suggested this could be at fault. Any help much appreciated.

Have you got the actual model number AND the first 8 numbers beginning with a 3 as read off the rating label.
