Whilst using the Tumble Dryer there was a bang and it tripped the Circuit Breaker. Reset the Circuit Breaker and machine powers on but is not working.

When you select program and then press start you hear a click from the front panel and after a few seconds the time on the time remaining display starts flashing. Not seeing any error codes.

    I have checked:-
Drum moves freely and belt is intact .
When starting machine I have tried to gently move drum in case a Capacitor issue but doesn’t start turning.

I have noticed that when I removed the Condenser there is a burnt plastic smell.

Any advise or what to check would be appreciated.

Switch off power, take lid off and check wiring to PCB. Prone to melting at the heater connection. And rarely, if the heater has been changed recently, check wiring coming into machine from heater. Seen it get tangled around motor/pulleys.
