    Serial – 3100547913176333

    This machine is a Only a couple of but Hoover claim to have not received the customers guarantee card she sent in so won’t come to look at it! She’s bought in online at currys so has proof of purchase so this seems pretty naughty on their behalf to me?

    Basically it won’t spin the clothes, seems to wash fine, drains fine then spins slowly for a couple of mins then jumps to 1 min remaining and then end?
    The other strange bit is that it seems to spin fine with nothing in?

    Months sorry, since spoke to Hoover myself and they are prepared to come out to it. However I now suspect and unbalanced load, I didn’t seem to get the full story first time round. So i thinks its sorted. Thanks.
