Customer tells me when the wash cycle is ending, and is in drain & spin mode E03 flags up.
According to error codes this is a pump fault.
I drained all water out via pump, No fault codes, Put load in drum, ran on spin cycle the drum starts to turn into slow spin for 4 to 5 mins then error code E03 flags up.
As anyone had this problem, any advise would be welcome. John

After checking the usual blocked pressure chamber etc I would suggest checking the heating element – low insulation causes various faults on these with the main one being an E03 error.

I’ve had 3 or 4 of these. Often after the E03 error appears and the customer tries to select another programme and E16 appears (heater fault). Neither of these faults actually appear, ie the pump does drain and the heater does heat but the errors still appear. I have changed the heater each time and it has fixed the problem.

I second what jason1970 said, seems to be a common fault

Changed several heaters so far due to e03….works everytime.
