Hoover Family 1300 model HF 7130M UK Washing Machine

My machine failed to fill even after replacing inlet valve.
Fitted new coreboard mudule, machine now fills and wash cycle but fails to empty,
Can someone suggest how to gain access the pump ass’y., also is pump motor AC or DC? and what is operating voltage?

Pump is behind the filter at the bottom.

It should rum on 220-240VAC.

Its possible the faulty pump damaged the pcb in the first place, and may damage the new one if you are unlucky. 😥

The pumps on lots of these Candy machines are situated below a couple of known leak points, and are often damaged by this. As well as the pump itself you need to examine the small connector plug the fits into the pump, they often short across after the water has dripped onto them.

Thank you.
My problem is finding a way to removing the pump ass’y to check it out and possibly replace it. I have checked the pump’s rotor blades by removing the front kick-plate and filter. Is the only access via the machine’s base. (ie turning it on it’s side or back)?? Regards HarryF

Tilted back is best,you will also need to check for leaks, the detergent inlet hose into the front of the drum is a prime suspect. It needs to be resealed if it shows signs of leaking.
