Hoover fault EO3

Hoover washing machine VHD944 d80
This is a 13 month old 8 or 9 kg load machine,
Comes up with fault code EO3,
Checked emptying rate, heater and brushes all O K.
Customer just rang to say EO3 still coming up.
Any ideas

Changed the pump and drain hose,
Still the same, I will pick up machine and test in workshop,
I know EO3 is pump time out on older machines but are we sure its the same on this model

did you take the sump hose off and have a look?

I think he’s already done that. 😉

Pressure switch stuck on full or connections to and from the pressure switch can give this fault. If you give me your email address pmb I can send you further test info if you wish? 🙂
