There are 2 part nos 91201739 or 41007946 but I would tend to think that the thermistor buried in the insulation is at fault, can be tested using built in test diagnostic facility.

    Hope this helps

It depends on the date, 91201739 is up to week 16 2003 and 41007946 after that date.

I would agree with WVM, thermistor at fault, part number is 91201875 but quite how you’re meant to fit it…… 😉

the thermister are a horrible job to fit only done one will never do it againg.

They will give you a rough 3 inch square to cut into to find it.
When you have found it pull it out replace it then fill it up with fix and foam polystyrene foam by polycell.Just make sure you have plenty of floor coverage because it will drip everywhere but you will find that in a few years the insulation breaks down at that point anycase because you have entered at that point.

    Hope this helps.

This isnt the model where the pcb PSU fails in the “run all the time freezing the milk syndrome” is it? Is the interior light working?

The customer reported that the light works but goes off when the dial is turned to 0, the compressor still runs on O
According to what I can tell from the service manual the amber led should be flashing if the thermalprobe is faulty.
Do you know what component fails on the PCB?

Doesnt sound like the usual dead PCB fault. QER repair my Hoover Candy modules. BobHope is an expert on these.
