Customer was complaining of fridge not getting cold in this hoover fridge. Investigated and decided that the fridge wasnt running long enough and cutting out too quick. So ordered a genuine stat off connect fitted it 3weeks ago but they are still complaining of the same thing. Would it be possible that it could be a faulty stat?
