Hoover GO292-80 Washing machine

Hi all,this machine is about 16 months old,the display powers up and all the options lights come on when selected.but when the start button is pressed nothing happens,the door lock light does not come on (or locks the door)
the machine lives in a shed ,given the minus degree weather i wondered if the board has shut down?
Done all the usual checks
any ideas ?

it wont work if its too cold, the software checks the ntc for correct ohms range and if its not right it will show an error code.

more likly a sticky button ( stuck in ) never come across washing machines not working in cold weather only the hoover candy tumble dryers not working , but hey one never noes all .

how are you doing these days ?, hoover autos hate the cold and dampness allways have done, then most modern machines dothese days.

I am doing ok bobhope busy as a bee in summer . the offcial fix for the tumble dryers is place a bowl of hot water in the drum for ten minutes , the try again , surpose it mite work for the washers to lol .
i persnaly use a hair dryer .
