Hoover H-Dish 500 won’t do anything , says ‘BLOCCO’

Hello all

Owner of a two year old H-Dish 500

It didn’t drain properly on the last wash, and the control panel is completely unresponsive .

Any button you press , it says BLOCCO on the display.

I’ve drained the water , and I can’t find a blockage anywhere. There’s no block in the waste pipe , and I can pour water in at either end, and it comes through OK.

Tried switching it on and off , but it still is unresponsive and says BLOCCO.

I’ve also tried tilted it at 45 degree angle , to drain off any excess water , but it has made no difference .

Any ideas on how to restore function ?
