Hoover H-Wash 300 Demo Mode

Hi guys hope someone can help.

Recently purchased a Hoover H-Wash 300 however since yesterday it appears to be stuck in demo mode (screen displays ‘demo mode’ when switched on) and won’t commence a cycle in any setting.

The instruction manual does not advise how to turn demo mode on or off, tried googling how ever no joy either.

Does anyone know how I can turn demo mode off on this model?

nothing i can see listed on hoover service

you will have to ring them, will be easy to switch off when you find out how

hi, didnt want to start a new post I have exactly the same fault, the customer spoke to hoover who said hold the spin button and start button for 7 seconds
then it would beep but no joy anyone any ides thanks

Have you tried to see if it would run the service test routine ?

Have the same problem! Tried many variations of holding keys for 7/10 seconds but nothing:)
