Hi my 2,5 year old washer dryer has stopped drying .the cycle runs drum moves and there are no error codes popping up but the clothes remain wet and cold. I have taken the machine apart. The fan moves the element gets hot. I have taken the metal dryer fan assembly apart cleaned the fan and inside casing. I have removed the fan assembly and cleaned in the condensor as far as i reach ( the straight part before bend). I have checked the small black pipe that supplies the condensor with water for blockages. I have removed the bottom drain pipe from the drum and cleaned it out and cleaned out the pump filter behind the front hatch. None of these actions has helped is there anything else i can try. Is there access anywhere into the condensor other than above under the fan? Or a lint filter anywhere. Many thanks for any help.
