    HD496AMC/1-80

    Drum not turning at any stage of the cycle. Occasionally the drum twitches.

    Say made in PRC so assuming that this is Haier technology?

    This machine is only 18 months old so client has a choice to make on whether to pay the £160 Hoover call out fees in order to access the 10 Year Parts Cover.

    Does anyone have any experience on these machines regarding motor or board failures? (It’s an inverter motor.)
