    Our daughter’s The One Pet hoover switches on ok then cuts out, then comes on again and keeps switching on and off. Is there a thermal cut out or is it a case of replacing the motor control board. If so do you do replacements. model No H1PET 100. It’s about 2 years old.

    If you haven’t done so already, I would check the filters as these can cause the motor to overheat when blocked 😉

    Failing that, it’s probably the motor itself 🙁

    if it keeps cutting off as soon as you switch it on it is probably just the lead has a break in it
