Hoover H130E please help me!!

i have a Hoover H130E w/m, and today it has decided to die on me. it sticks half way thru programmes, and won’t spin. i have drained the machine manually, and have checked the trap door under the kick plate at the bottom, and now they are both clear.

its still sticking though, and i am very reluctant to call out an engineer for £93!!!

please help me!!!!

i think the main problem is that it is not draining the water away. i have just tried to put it on a drain cycle, but still no luck.

Then I would suspect something caught in the pump is the problem. Why not try a local repairman who will fix it for a fraction of the £93 you have been quoted? See link below for one in your area. 🙂

i had a little fiddle with it today, and i seem to think that the pump has gone too. it won’t pump the water out when the waste pipe is in the drain outlet, but has no problem draining manually. its such a pain though. i have had the machine for 4 years and no problems before this. you kind of take it for granted, and think it’ll last 4ever. oh well. thank you for your reply. i’ll try to call someone tomorrow. see what they can do for me. 🙂
