    We’ve followed advice, removed/checked all pipes for blockages, replaced pump and .. the new pump isn’t working. Is an electrical fault the only other solution or might we have missed something?

    the pcb is probably faulty, sometimes if the pump goes faulty it can damage the pcb.
    plug out before checking.
