    Hi All

    Cant get this machine to reset or advance from wash to rinse, heater checked OK.
    On a quick 29 min prog it just washes, no supply to heater.
    It wont reset to default, either, so i cant pump or spin.
    It just sits and washes- could it be control be control board or prog selector.?
    Client has just moved house, and it worked at the previous house.- have also checked for loose connectors as transit straps were not fitted.

    Did you check the very small connector underneath the control board. I’ve had these come adrift in transit.
    As you know holding start for 10 to 15 seconds resets these machines eventually. If wiring ok I would go for selector. (fingers crossed).

    cheers for that, didn’t realise start had to be held for that long, but I’ll pop back & ave another look, all connectors ok though.
