Hoover HBCA230 FFK fridge and top of freezer not cooling

Hi. Hopefully someone may be able to assist in diagnosing a problem with my integrated frost free freezer

Basically I spotted that the fridge had stopped cooling anddisplsyed a H on the LCD which according to the manual indicates the temp is over 9C. The light still operates

I also noticed that the food on the top 2 drawers of the freezer had started to melt With the bottom 2 shelves maintaining the temp displayed on the LCD. overnight I put an item on each shelf which confirmed that the top 2 shelves are warmer than bottom 2. Initially I switched off and restarted, setting the temps and running the quick freeze mode but thescenario still occurred ie bottom 2 shelves went cold.

I have switched off and defosted for about 36 hours now with the no visible signs of water at bottom of fridge. I have cleaned the rear of the fridge and compressor and can’t
