Got the above machine to look at, customer says its just siting with the pump going all the time, it dont matter where you put it on timer. Will this be a pcb or timer fault?

When its sitting there just pumping has the door locked?

It may say it has but try opening it.

It could be door or door lock issues.

The doors locked Tim, it does not matter whereabouts you have the timer on the wash it just sits pumping, when they move it to the end of program it keeps going, they have to switch it of to stop it

Motorised selector switch is worth a punt (Cheap), failing that PCB. Checked p/sw not stuck on flood protect?

Worth also checking for short circuit water valve coil. (Yes it does happen occasionally.) If pump supply is routed via valve, as is sometimes the case, this is what you get.
